Knight Intro skills, player unlock progression - v0.14 - 21/04/2017

Howdy!

The Knight intro now showcases the Knight's name and his skills along with a description of what they do, this should help clarify what the icons mean. The icons will also be remade in the future.

Upgrades now unlock as you gain experience which should help guide new players more easily rather than showing 30 upgrades at once.

I've also been working on the new bigger and more varied Overmap which should be complete next week.

* Added arrows pointing to last live Knights on map
* Added Convoy damage sprites
* Added Fire pit to Capture Points with no tower
* Knight Intro correctly cancels active skill
* Player Upgrades now unlock based on level
* Controls are always visible until Level 5
* Hideout spawn timer bonus now based on Player Level instead of Controlled Regions
* Building HP bar now hides when building destroyed
* Hideout UI now flashes when attempting to hire Mercenaries when full
* Army size now has 4 upgrade levels
* Fixed Knights gaining Mortar skill every time they battled the player
* Fixed Upgrade Window combo insufficient points warning square
* Fixed Super Slash crashing game if no targets around
