Hi, this one is not easy. Since it changed some game logic events, it may break your old saves or some odd things may happen at some point. But the changes are necessary so I'm sorry!
Main changes:
If you went to the mill and triggered the event there, before you find the car, then when you (if you are strong and lucky enough of course) finished that part of the story, you will encounter a new cutscene and
you will be able to easily pick up your progress from there.
Removed some blocking characters and make it fully free for anyone who dare to explore the map instead of finding the car first, try your best to defeat enemies.
The Spin attack consume less SP now. But also reduced its power and range.
This update could break your old saves.
