Greetings!
Development of AE2 has been going well and we're happy to announce the Steam Store page is up!
We're excited to share the trailer with you which shows you some of the early development footage. We hope you enjoy it! As the game progresses we will update the trailer and release more footage.
Onto other news! With the launch of the AE2 store page, all update posts concerning the game will be posted there. To keep up to date, join us in that community to see future announcements. We will be releasing a post sharing details about the turrets fairly soon. Currently there are 8 different turret classes, each with their own function. Stay tuned for that post!
What's Next?
We will be focusing on the resource aspects of the game. Resources will be needed to build, upgrade and repair your defenses. The resource mining process is vastly improved from AE1 and will encourage the player to expand their territory. There will be an extensive Tech Tree for upgrading your weaponry which will require a Technology Centre and Power Plants.
