We've just released 1.0.7.1 update in Experimental branch. List of changes follows:

added Teleport block to Tech Tree
fixed Teleport material
fixed Build Vision symbols rendering
fixed sound of Block Mover equipping
fixed error messages in animal AI & pathfinding
fixed minor threading error
