The changes from ver.1.4.8 are as follows.

Changed the VSync setting on the application from "On" to "Off".

The controllability of Hanaby will improve if the VSync is off, so we have made such an update.

However, when VSync is off, tearing may occur depending on the environment. If you felt annoying about tearing, change the VSync setting of the graphics driver to "Fast Sync".
