Tinker Racers update (chase cam)!

In this update we implemented a chase camera, more dynamic but less nauseating than the previous top down with tilting. A straight top down cam (with no tilting) is still available, for those who prefer, through the settings page. Please feel free to post impressions here:

Other changes:

• Several changes / fixes on sound department;
• Screen shakes are less frequent;
• Popcorn and skidmarks shaders fixed on dark model tracks;
• CPU opponents has more probability to lose control after a hit;
