Just to let you know, I recently uploaded a new build of BH to Steam which includes a full Japanese translation, courtesy of SvntnFls!
The all ages base game is available in Japanese via Steam. However, owing to Japanese censorship laws, the fully uncensored adult patch available on Steam is not in Japanese: downloading the Steam adult patch will remove the Japanese language option from the game altogether.
If you want to read the VN in Japanese and read the adult content, you need to download a censored patch off-site here. This patch is functionally the same as the existing Steam adult patch, it just pixellates certain elements in the H scenes so as to comply with Japanese laws. The off-site patch will censor all the adult scenes in every supported language.
If you're not interested in reading the game in Japanese, you don't need to worry about the off-site patch, and you can continue using the fully uncensored adult patch available on Steam.
