Greetings Captains,

Bug fix for difficulty selection in The Two Noble Cardassian Side Mission.

Players that have completed the Normal difficulty for all Operations and the side mission should have the Advanced Difficulty Unlocked. Players that have completed the Advanced Difficulty for all Operations and the side mission should have Expert difficulty unlocked.
