Update 0.7.47

This update introduces several fixes and new content:

Improved farm icons
Added health and hunger bars to character thumbnails
New weapon merchant NPC (margin ranges from 0 to 25)
Adjusted nutritional values of food
Rebalanced werewolf strength
Added a new plant – cotton
- wild cotton can now be gathered
- cotton can now be farmed
Improved texts in multiple languages
