* Balance:
- Reproduction cost now correctly accounts for organelle biomass
- All cells now influence local pH through metabolism (was restricted to pH-adapted cells). Reduced membrane permeability environmental damage multiplier to compensate as plasmodia were disproportionately affected
- Nutrient metabolism waste flow: aminos -> acidic, sugars -> basic, lipids -> neutral
* Contract objectives now sample existing cell genomes. Should make objectives more attainable
* UI:
- New floating panel for Cryobank for easy access in-game, toggled with V. Allows for easy placement of specimens from the Cryobank into cultures (fixes issue where accidentally collecting a cell from a culture meant it was permanently removed. Now you can easily replace them)
- from biomarket now opens Cryobank panel
