Fixed

- Fixed airport, city, ATC, and operations labels ignoring the selected IATA/ICAO preference.
- Fixed route detail labels appearing in all caps instead of sentence case.
- Fixed current-season rotations being blocked when slot holdings have not yet been filed; they can now be assigned with `ASSIGN ANYWAY` while the slot warning remains visible.
