MobMate v2.1.0 adds next-generation TTS: Kokoro TTS and MOSS TTS. Features lightweight ONNX speech synthesis, MOSS model download UI with progress display, 18 MOSS voices, voice filtering matched to target translation languages, and improved stability around audio output destinations.

The Demo version restriction has been changed from "announcement every 3 minutes" to "15-minute session limit per run."

- Added UI for MOSS model download/delete with progress display.

- Added support for MOSS int8 models.

- Expanded MOSS built-in voices to 18 options.

- Updated OBS/OSD/first-run Wizard/demo restriction behaviors.

- Added "Request Review" feature.

## Notes

- Multilingual voice quality of MOSS/Kokoro depends on the model.
