At last, gogh on Steam will celebrate its 1st anniversary on April 30 🎊
Over the past year, gogh has continued to grow thanks to the many people who have played it and supported us.
To show our gratitude on our 1st anniversary, we’re currently planning the following!

Today, we’d like to give you a preview of what’s coming.

1. 1st Anniversary Major Update 🎂
Right now, we’re developing a variety of new features for the 1st anniversary.
From long-awaited additions to unexpected surprises, a wave of new features that will make gogh even more fun is on the way☺️
*For this post, we’ll keep things brief. Some of these features come with various limitations and notes, so we’ll share the full details for each one when they are released!*Everything here is still planned. Some features may be delayed if development doesn’t make it in time, so if something isn’t included on update day, please read between the lines.
Now then, let’s get into it!
1. Room Uploads ‼️
We’re developing a feature that lets you upload the rooms you create to the Workshop so other users can use them!
Users who use uploaded rooms will be able to use them in their own rooms, modify them, and use them in Multiplayer Rooms. We’ll also take measures to prevent plagiarism. Please note that because this feature uses Steam Workshop, the uploader’s Steam account will be displayed.
2. Watch YouTube Together 📺️
We’re developing a feature that lets everyone in a Multiplayer Room watch the YouTube video played by the host together in sync!
We also plan to make it available for solo viewing. This is a somewhat experimental feature, so there will likely be various limitations. Depending on the results of testing, it may be released as a beta feature.
3. Outfit Saves 👗👚🥼
We’re developing a feature that lets you save your favorite clothing combinations and switch into them instantly!
Each avatar slot will be able to save up to 3 outfits. Please note that hairstyles and face parts will not be included in outfit saves (because if they were, it would basically become the same as a full avatar slot).
4. Flip Hairstyles Left/Right 🐶
No more “So close—wrong side!”
This will greatly expand your character creation options.
5. Spinny ↩️
We’re also thinking about adding more special items that bring new possibilities to room creation. First up, we’re planning “Spinny,” an item that rotates whatever you place on top of it!
6. New Avatar Items & Poses 👫
We’ll be adding the “Alice Series” designed by Kanzume Sabo to the avatar item lineup. (It is planned to arrive on mobile first.)
We’re also planning to add several new poses!
7. A New Kuroda42 Type 👾
A new one may be coming.
8. A ???? Feature ⁉️
And on top of that… we’re also planning a secret new feature involving avatars!

2. Biggest Sale Ever 🎉
To celebrate the 1st anniversary, we’re planning our biggest sale ever at 40% off!
It is scheduled to begin at 2:00 AM JST on April 29 and run for two weeks.
To all gogh users, we’d be delighted if you could take this opportunity to introduce gogh to your friends and acquaintances🙏
3. Community Participation Event ‼️
We’re holding our very first “community participation event”!!
In this event, users will submit designs for items they want, and selected entries will actually be implemented in the app!
The selected items are planned to be added to both the mobile and Steam versions.
We’ll officially announce it once everything is ready, so we hope you’ll join in!
