Happy New Year everyone! We hope you all had a good start to the new year and are getting back into the swing of things in 2024 😊
As for MEs, we have our first update of the year to share with you all, so read on ahead for the tasty patch notes and the fixes to MEs! (Note: do not actually print and eat this without consulting a doctor first)
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- General backend improvements to MEs.
- Casting and inspecting patches in the Keio SFC Twin Campus world works as expected.
- Patch uploading was improved to prevent uploading corrupt files which would crash MEs.
- Set the default window size to “windowed” on Mac to prevent a crash when alt-tabbing.
- File picker will only show files types supported by MEs when importing to the MIND.
- Adjusted the Text & Browser patch material exposure to improve readability.
- Removed a rogue plane that made it’s way into the Higher Garden world.
- Camera zoom has been disabled in the MIND when placing a text patch.
- Multi line support implemented within the Text Chat input window.
- Deleting multiple selected patches from the MIND works as intended.
- Added a notification about our servers being at capacity when trying to join a cloud world.
- MIND will import the correct patch after deleting a different patch.
- You can no longer stack multiple messages during the login process.
- Repeated login requests should no longer be occurring on the same machine.
Known Issues
- If a patch fails to upload to a cloud world, it will get removed from the MIND. Please re-import your patch into the MIND when this happens.
