Smarter discovery, collections, notifications and a new look

This update redesigns the whole app around the wallpapers themselves: less clutter, a faster way from seeing a wallpaper to having it on your desktop, and a proper place for your own creations.
New
- Wallpaper drill - click any wallpaper to see it big, with similar wallpapers filling the page around it; click one of those to keep going
- Similar wallpapers for your own images - pin a picture you imported and the app finds the closest wallpapers in the catalog
- Search filters - animated or stills, sort by best match, popular or newest, and recently published only
- Collections - organize your favorites into collections, and let any collection rotate on a schedule on the monitor you choose
- Notifications - a bell for new followers, hearts on your work, finished animations and remixes of your wallpapers
- Studio - your generations start as drafts here; keep the ones you like with a heart, publish them, or set them, nothing is saved automatically anymore
- New look - a rail on the left (Home, Library, Studio, Settings), one search bar, and one back button that always takes you where you came from
- Creator avatars - real Steam avatars next to creator names and on profiles
Improvements
- Wallpaper previews load about 10x faster
- Better animation loops and more accurate time estimates
- Windows builds are now signed, so SmartScreen warnings should stop (Windows)
