Update 2026.09.04.1: loot rebalance, refinement chain and Legguards fix

The global drop curve was reduced twice (about 40% each pass) across every rarity, armor sets, jewelry and backpacks. A good drop should feel like an event, not like every kill.
Fewer consumable drops and smaller common stacks.
The guaranteed set piece from the boss that closes each level band stays. Elites and mini-bosses still roll better than regular mobs.

Tier 20 and tier 25 armor and weapon recipes now require refinement materials sold by Shaila: Tempering Salt, Resonant Wax and Tuning Core. High-tier crafting is meant to take a trip.

Legguards of the Unbreakable Summit (Vajrahn t25): the rigid thigh plates were anchored to both legs at once, so the trousers passed through them when walking or sitting. Each plate now follows its own thigh.
