Herd - v0.15.3

We would like to apologize to our Chinese players: Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese were not working as intended. This has now been fixed, and the demo is now playable in all listed languages! Thank you for your patience and understanding!

This update also marks Herd’s arrival at the June 2026 Steam Next Fest, which is a huge milestone for us!

Here is the list of new features, for your eyes and ears:

  • Russian localization added

  • Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese localization now fixed

  • The font used for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese has been enlarged so everyone can read the cards without needing glasses.

  • You can now choose your deck in solo mode and train hard with the deck of your choice. Rising Star is still recommended for beginners!

  • The visuals for routines have been reworked. These are the in-game prompts that show you which action to perform.

  • Score panels are no longer reversed. You can no longer reassure yourself by claiming your opponent’s score as your own.

  • Buttons and notifications have been reworked.

And here is the list of fixes:

  • Language switching was not applying correctly for Chinese in the packaged version. This is now a thing of the past.

  • The tutorial no longer gets stuck when you cancel an action after being asked to perform it.

  • The pause button is visible again.

  • Your opponent’s identity in multiplayer is now fully visible.

  • End-of-match texts have been localized and slightly adjusted. It is not finished yet, but it is now a little clearer.

Thank you for your support, and have fun!
