Bot Polish & Stability Patch — Aug 28, 2026
A focused follow-up to the big item update: bots that build and fight smarter, cleaner buff stacking, damage types on the skill screen, and fixes for crashes and animations.
Damage Type on the Skill Screen
- When picking skills, the detail panel now shows each damage skill's type — AP or AD — so you can build a coherent kit before the match even starts
Bots Build Coherent Kits
- Bot skill loadouts no longer mix magic and physical scaling — every skill in a bot's kit now scales with the damage stat it actually buys (before, half a bot's kit could deal zero bonus damage)
- Junglers are locked to physical builds — and finally learned Smite
Smarter Laning & Defense
- Bots hold their projectiles when a minion blocks the line of fire — no more skills eaten by the wave
- When enemy minions siege your tower or base, defenders clear the wave first, unless the enemy hero is a guaranteed quick kill
Bots Stop Diving Into the Enemy Base
- When closing out a game, bots attack the nearest valid structure instead of walking past towers straight into the enemy fountain
- Bots caught in base-tower crossfire with no target now step out instead of standing there and melting
- Retreat logic reads every tower firing on a bot, not just the nearest — escaping double base-tower fire now triggers correctly
- Stuck bots no longer teleport-spam with white flashes near walls — each genuine jam gets exactly one snap
Buffs & Slows That Stack Properly
- Rewrote speed / damage / shield / attack-speed modifiers as a composable timed system: multiple slows stack correctly, speed buffs survive a slow expiring, and all modifiers cleanly reset on death
- Fixed the "Max speed must be positive" crash from chaining Fast Move with Frost Wave hits, and the whole family of permanent speed-drift bugs
Bots Look Alive
- Bots play their attack animation on every shot — no more firing bullets from an idle pose
- No more walk/idle jitter while shooting, and animations resume when a bot scrolls back on screen
