Hello everyone. This is Sudden Attack Zero Point.

First, we're sorry for the ongoing trouble with the black screen issue.

There were several causes behind it — the ones we've identified have been resolved through yesterday's and today's patches and maintenance.

However, one remaining issue, which we suspect is related to AMD GPUs, hasn't been pinpointed yet.
