[Highlights]
Added support for Linux + SteamOS. Note: Fields of Mistria only supports Linux through Steam Linux Runtime 4.0 ("steamrt4") on Steam OS with Steam Deck or Steam Machine, or on a recent version of Ubuntu LTS with the Unity, GNOME, or KDE desktop environments. Attempting to run Fields of Mistria outside Steam, in another distro, or in another runtime is not officially supported, and the game may not run as intended.

🎮 Gameplay
🌼 Fixed a hard lock in the adoption menu where players could get stuck.
🌼 Fixed various bugs and crashes with monsters in the Mines.
🌼 Fish now spawn in the Mines as intended.
✨ Performance
🌼 Graphics performance has improved significantly, especially on integrated graphics cards.
🌼 Fixed performance problems that could occur with Intel graphics hardware.
🎨 Art & Visuals
🌼 Fixed a graphical bug that caused random tiles to appear on certain Mine floors.
🌼 Fish now visually appear when caught.
🌼 Fixed a graphical bug that caused some shadows to display incorrectly.
❌ Crash Fixes
🌼 Feeding animals Heart Shaped Treat no longer crashes the game.
🌼 Charging a tool with no stamina no longer crashes the game.
🌼 Interacting with the Animal Sprite Statue no longer crashes the game.
🌼 Fixed a crash that could occur when saving the game.
[Steam Deck]
On Steam Deck, we expect better, more stable performance, with a smaller memory footprint. To enable the update, make sure you are on the Steam Beta branch named beta, and uncheck "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool". By default, it is disabled, so if you haven’t enabled it, the following should not apply.
Please uncheck this, found by right-clicking "Fields of Mistria" in your library, clicking "Properties", and then navigating to "Compatibility".
