DEAD BY DAYLIGHT EVENT PASS

From June 30 through July 14, the Fog settles over the streets with a new Event Pass inspired by Dead by Daylight.

Earn Season XP through regular play to progress the Event Pass and unlock a collection of outfits and backpack trophies inspired by some of the Entity’s most recognisable Killers.

Free Track:

  • The Deathslinger Outfit

  • The Deathslinger’s Hat Backpack Trophy

  • The Huntress Outfit

  • The Huntress’ Axe Backpack Trophy

Premium Track:

Available for 1000 VC, the premium track includes:

  • The Oni Outfit

  • The Oni’s Mask Backpack Trophy

  • The Trapper Outfit

  • The Trapper’s Machete Backpack Trophy

  • 2 Exotic Caches

RAGE HARVEST GLOBAL EVENT

The hunt does not end with the Event Pass. From June 30 through July 7, Rage Harvest puts you against enemies that grow stronger as they build Overheal. Every Star earned during the event will also contribute 50 XP toward the Dead by Daylight Event Pass.

With the Global Event active, all enemies enter the fight with Overheal, giving them additional protection and increased damage. When they hit you, they restore any missing health and armor before building even more protection. The more they accumulate, the tougher they become and the more damage they deal.

But the strength they steal can become yours. As you damage enemy Overheal, you gain Rage and receive bonuses to your Weapon Damage, RPM, Weapon Handling, Critical Hit Chance and Critical Hit Damage.

Rage thrives on pressure. Stay on the offensive to keep building power, but slow down for too long and it will start to fade.

GUARDIAN ANGEL

The longer you stay on the offensive, the more likely you are to take a hit. Guardian Angel is there when your armor finally gives way.

When your armor is fully depleted, Guardian Angel activates automatically, briefly making you immune to damage and Status Effects, clearing any already affecting you, and increasing your movement speed.

Once triggered, the effect needs time to recharge, so it will not be available every time your armor breaks.

RAGE HARVEST MILESTONE REWARDS

Keep harvesting Rage, and the rewards will follow. The 10-tier track includes Named Item Caches, an Exotic Cache, and the Rage Harvest Mask.

Rewards can be claimed throughout the event. Any rewards left unclaimed will be delivered to your mailbox.

IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES

STABILITY

  • Addressed several issues contributing to game crashes and unexpected disconnects. We will continue monitoring stability following the update.

IMPROVEMENTS

Toxic Dark Zone

Based on your feedback since launch of Into the Dark, we have made a few adjustments to the PvE Dark Zone:

  • Loot dropped in PvE DZ is now only visible to the player it belongs to, preventing others from picking it up.

  • Hunters will now destroy deployed skills instead of taking control of them.

  • Reduced the visual intensity of the toxic gas to make it less obstructive during gameplay. [TCTD2-4580]

  • Adjusted the Toxicity audio effect in the PvE Dark Zone to make the persistent background noise less intrusive. [TCTD2-4578]

  • Increased the amount of Toxicity removed by each Surge activation.

  • Increased the time the extraction helicopter remains at the extraction point from 60 to 120 seconds.

  • Added Stabilization Agent information when hovering over an Extraction on the map.

  • Added Stabilization Agent counter to HUD.

Vanity

  • Added quick navigation and the ability to mark cosmetics as favorites.

FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where Rikers Rusher enemies had significantly more health than Rushers from other factions. [TCTD2-4645]

  • Fixed an issue where Classified Assignments displayed already unlocked Collectibles as available rewards for other Agents. [TCTD2-148]

  • Fixed an issue where the Manhunt tab could disappear from the Megamap after switching between characters.

  • Fixed an issue where “Containers” was used instead of “Canisters” in the requirement for the Journey Mission 2, Objective 8.

  • Fixed an issue where the Y8S2 Seasonal Modifiers Vendor displayed its previous name at the White House Base of Operations.

  • Fixed an issue that allowed Dark Zone Toxicity and its effects to be cleared after reconnecting.

  • Fixed an issue where pipe lids did not take damage during the “Destroy the pipe lids” objective in Countdown. [TCTD2-4576]
