Streaming Improvements

Added Go Live Now so you can start a stream immediately without waiting for a scheduled time.
Removed the requirement to enter a show title and category before streaming.
Simplified scheduled shows to just Day, Time, and Repeat.
Going live immediately still records the show in Past Shows.

Pack Inventory Improvements

Newly purchased packs now automatically go to the table when space is available.
Packs that do not fit on the table are still kept in your inventory.
Packs now count as owned whether they are physically on the table or stored in Inventory.
