Improvements

- Added “Move to Binder” for cards stored in the Bulk Box.
- Audio and video settings are now global instead of tied to individual save files.
- Workshop subscriptions now have a visible scrollbar and can be fully browsed.

Fixes

- Fixed Settings and Pause menus allowing clicks, scrolling, zooming, and other gameplay interactions to pass through.
- Fixed saved TV placement resetting or changing at different streamer-room levels.
