A new Eggstreme Farming update is now available!
I continue to follow player feedback and reported issues while working on improvements to make progression, automation, and farm management systems better.
In this update, the Automatic Egg Collector received new options, some important issues were fixed, and the animal pen dirt system was completely reworked.
The Automatic Egg Collector has received two new features:
You can now choose whether the machine should collect golden eggs or not.
The machine can now automatically sell full egg trays.
These new options give players more control over how they want to automate egg production and sales.
Fixed an issue that allowed players to sell dead animals.
The animal unlock progression has been rebalanced. New animals are now unlocked at higher levels.
The goal is to make farm progression more gradual and give leveling up more importance.
The animal pen dirt system has been completely reworked.
The amount of dirt generated is now proportional to the number of animals inside the pen.
For example:
A pen with only 1 animal will get dirty more slowly.
A pen with 6 animals will generate dirt more quickly.
This means that fuller pens will require more attention from the player or a greater investment in automation.
Fixed an issue where the mouse cursor could leave the game screen when using two or more monitors.
This should provide a more comfortable fullscreen experience for players using multi-monitor setups.
For upcoming updates, I plan to continue working on new systems, automation improvements, and Steam features.
Some of the planned features include:
Focusing on the implementation of Steam Trading Cards, emoticons, and profile backgrounds.
Creating a system to automate animal medication.
Continuing to improve current systems and fix issues reported by players.
Implementing a player skills and upgrades system.
Adding a skill that allows the player to collect eggs without having to click each one individually.
Adding a skill that allows the player to clean animal pens faster.
Creating a machine or employee that can take care of animal health, helping automate this part of the farm.
Developing a player inventory system, allowing players to carry and manage multiple items more easily.
The inventory system will be a larger change because it will require modifications to several existing systems in the game. Because of this, while I continue planning its implementation, I also intend to work on smaller improvements and features that can be added more quickly.

Many of the changes I am making come directly from the experiences and suggestions shared by players, and this feedback continues to be very important to the development of the game.
I still have many ideas and improvements planned, and I will continue working to make Eggstreme Farming better and better.
