SECRET BETA TIME

Hey you reading this, if you want to try out the NEW Grand Gallery AND Multiplayer custom galleries, both as well as some other changes are live on the BETA BRANCH.

But keep this between us. I want to make sure when it fully releases its as bug free as possible. I can only playtest so much, and my friends are tired of puzzling with me.

To access the beta on steam, you can do the following:

- Right click "Cleaning Up The Puzzle Gallery" in your Steam library (on Steam Deck, click the Gear icon)
- Select "Properties"
- On the left-hand side, select "Game Versions & Betas"
- Select the "beta" branch
- Exit out of the "Properties" window
- Click "Update" where the Play button usually is

And there ya go! If you want to swap back to the default branch, follow the exact same steps, except select the "Default Public Version" branch.

Saves

As for your saves during the beta, your progress from the main branch should carry between branches just fine. However, any progress on the new map MAY not carry over if I have to make any changes that impact the actual save, so keep that in mind.

FOR MULTIPLAYER SPECIFICALLY, anyone you invite to the game MUST be on the beta branch as well, multiplayer will not work for default branch sessions until public release.

If you have any issues, report the bug just like you would any other bug using the bug report button in-game. When asked what branch you are playing on in the form, just select the beta branch in the dropdown.

You'll get a full release and patch notes from me soon, but for now, enjoy the secret beta weekend!
