Hello everyone! The first Halloween Witch was never meant to become the beginning of a long series. It was a small story about Chelsea, inspired by classic horror films, Halloween, strange houses, beautiful heroines, and all the nightmares that somehow become ideas by morning. But then you found Chelsea. You played her story, left reviews, sent messages, discussed the characters, supported the following games, and continued to follow her from one strange adventure to another. Because of that support, one small Halloween story gradually grew into the Witch Chronicles and became an important part of the Town Dark Tales universe. Thank you for staying with Chelsea. Thank you for your reviews, your patience, your criticism, your jokes, and for the affection you have shown this character over the years. Without that response, Chelsea’s story would probably have ended after the first game. Instead, she kept walking. And now she is returning to the place where everything began.
Some time ago, while talking about the future of the Witch series, I mentioned the possibility of returning to the original Halloween Witch. At that time, it was only an idea. Today, it is a real project. Chelsea’s first adventure is being rebuilt as a new standalone game: The Witch: First Halloween.
This is not a replacement or an update for the original game.
The original Halloween Witch will remain where it belongs — as the beginning of Chelsea’s story and a part of the history that brought us here.
The new game is a return to that first chapter with everything I have learned while creating the later Witch games.
It is both a new beginning and a thank-you to everyone who helped Chelsea survive far longer than I ever expected.
The house is waiting again.
Some rooms may feel familiar. Some doors have never been opened before. And Chelsea, despite everything that happened after her first Halloween, must once again take the first step inside.
