Hello, this is the Soulers development team.
Today, we’re unveiling the Soulers Q3 roadmap that so many players have been waiting for.
We’re working on a system where the Trust your Crew members build with one another by completing missions together can be leveled up by having them share a drink at the bar.
Alongside this, we’re implementing a dedicated Skill Tree for each Crew member, allowing you to create distinctive Crew builds of your own. For example, you could develop a “Sniper Blue Hawaii” who maximizes sniper damage, or a “Weak-Point Support Blue Hawaii” who uses weak-point attacks to increase allies’ damage and reduce the Crew Call cooldown. A wide variety of builds will become possible.
Skill Trees can be freely selected from the Loadout screen. In addition, the Perk system, which previously required you to equip a Perk and then adjust its level, will be changed to a simple equip-based system. We decided on this revamp because we want your Crew to be at the heart of your Loadout. After all, Soulers is a game about overcoming adversity together with your Crew!
A new Support Crew member, “Daram,” is joining the roster. Daram can deploy allies using holographic clones, allowing her to turn the tide of battle in your favor. Alongside Daram’s arrival, new Perks and Weapons that add further depth to ally deployment are also planned.
A new mission mode, “Defense,” is being added, offering a fresh way to experience the field battles you already know. With massive waves of enemies pouring in without pause, this mode will require more thoughtful Loadout planning.
The updates included in this roadmap will be rolled out to the demo version one by one as they become ready.
We hope you’ll experience them for yourself and join us in watching Soulers gradually take shape. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
※ The details of this roadmap and the order of updates may be adjusted depending on the progress of development.
