Major:
- Introduces two new playable keyboards: thumb cluster and rotary encoder
- Adds support to locally add new dictionary words

General:
- Adds an experimental toggle in the settings to replace keys after use. This causes the game to play more similar to other word games, where letters are cycled when used and thus you get to see more letters during a run.

Bug fixes:
- Fixes a bug that allowed selling items for full price (should be sold at half price)
- Fixes the issue where the tutorial box is cut off by the round over screen
- Fixes a typo in the tutorial text ("make sure (to) rank up")
