Hello to our brand new Midnight Moments community! We've been blown away by the response since we announced Midnight Moments last week. The wishlists, the kind words, the messages from people who just got what we were going for, it all means everything to a tiny team like ours. Thank you!
Today we have something to say thank you with:
It's a small taste of what we're building, enough to give you a real feel for the vibe, the props, and the satisfaction of watching a quiet corner of a cyberpunk city come to life. Pull up a chair, hang a neon sign, place a citizen or two, and see how it feels.
A few things to know about the demo:
The demo is intentionally focused. Here's what's different from the full game:
No save system: your session won't carry over, so treat it as a place to experiment freely
No paint tool: you won't be able to repaint structures in the demo but that will be a feature in the full game
Smaller build area: the demo gives you a 6x6x6 grid to work with; the full game will be 10x10x10
Fewer props: some objects from the full game are held back for now
Think of it as a window into the world rather than the whole view.
If the demo leaves you wanting more, we're opening up the Playtest this weekend. The playtest build is a more feature-complete version of the game and we'd love your feedback on it. What feels good, what's missing, what you'd love to see. You can sign up directly on the Steam store page.
We can't wait to see what you build. Share your screenshots in our Discord, tell us what you think, and thank you again for being here from the very beginning.
Don't forget to wishlist and follow the game so you are notified when we drop an update on development.
