It appears a cat has stepped on the keyboard… and also shipped a very… pawsome update.

To celebrate Cat Day, we’re welcoming a very special new villager: Berti 🐱

Berti joins Everdream Village in honor of Telomina (https://www.twitch.tv/telomina), one of our true fans, whom we met back in Everdream Valley. He’s her real-life cat, now lovingly added to the game as a small thank-you for all the support she’s shown us! 💛

And Berti didn’t come alone…
He brought new feline features with him. Check out the patch notes below:

New content & features

- New cat: Berti has arrived in the village! Talk to Natalie to meet him. NEW QUEST ALERT!

- You can now use the magic hat to morph into Rademenes, the main Village cat!

- Cat Breeding (early feature) – you can now begin breeding cats! This system will grow over time, with more cat breeds planned.

- Cat follow system added! All cats can now follow you around the village when you’re morphed into Rademenes. Just purrrr a little at them! 

- Mood boost mechanic! Because who doesn’t have a good mood around a purring fluffball?!Fixes

- Quest My Belong-ed now removes the "Lost item" from the inventory during the last dialogue.

So hop into the cat paradise and make sure to give Berti a welcome pet! 💕
