To prepare for the upcoming Steam Team-Based RPG Fest, Night Fantasy has been updated to version 2026.9.10A.
This update improves keyboard and controller support, while bringing a range of changes to battle maps, the Support system, visual presentation, and combat feedback. Please try the latest version during the festival, and feel free to share your feedback with us.
New Features
Full keyboard and controller support has been added. Relevant UI screens now include control prompts.
Added Elite Enemy maps for all regions.
Reworked the regular enemy and boss maps for Map 3.
Strengthened the Support Power system. It can now grant Support Buffs to affected units.
Added same-color bonuses for Support. Matching colors can now double Armor gained and Support Buff stacks.
Reworked the passive effects of Relics and Talents. They are no longer divided by color, and are now categorized by rarity.
Added unique attack, hit, and death sound effects for monsters in Map 2.
Art Updates
Updated the main menu with a new pixel-art scene.
Redrew the Ultimate portraits for all three main characters.
Improved the overall brightness of the opening story sequence.
Reworked color-type markers. In addition to color, each type now has a distinct shape for easier recognition.
Optimizations and Fixes
Improved the visual distinction between allies and enemies during battle.
The Dodge effect of the Elite Griffon in 1-3 can no longer stack.
Improved the information display in the Support prediction interface.
Added animations for Energy gain and predicted Energy consumption.
Characters now turn toward their selected target when choosing to attack or move.
Fixed other known issues.
