Curses changes:
Death enraged charge strength decreased. 700 > 400
Enemies changes:
Maskarada waits one extra second before closing.
Rage charge timer increased. 2.0s > 4.0s
Trains waits more for the previous train to spawn. 1.5s > 3.0s
Funny Hands needs 3 less taps to leave.
Doppel's laugh is slower.
Executioner's Sword speed is reduced. (1000 > 700)

FIxed Panic Necklace(U) and Dopamine Load(U) setting your Xray on negative values.
