Paipo Board and More Controller Input

• Paipo board (traditional Hawaiian bodyboard, pronounced pie-poh)
• cancel tutorial (controller select)
• next tutorial card (controller start, south button (a on xbox))
• turn, snap (controller triggers and shoulder buttons)

I used to see an older guy who would always ride a Paipo. He would do this knee down, leg out stance on some really big waves. I haven't seen him in a long time, so I decided to make a small tribute and add him to the game. You can now do the stance by holding up while on a wave!
