Additions
- added new non-canonical dialogue to the nobody fight on hazel clearance! like the red clearance dialogue, this is only obtainable on normal runs with unlocks enabled! what would these characters say if they had a little less inhibition...?
- added feet sounds to jubilist so their footsteps no longer sound like shoes
- something else too i think... i forgot so it must not be important!
Changes
- rebalanced eye drops "Convert a tile to a Frozen I" > "Convert two tiles to Frozen I's"
- added a pool of tetragrams used when rerolling the "null" tetragram produced by red tape with code switch or by eightball
- jo permit and slashfic now work with tetragrams... it just keeps getting better!
- improved how code switch-style randomization works with slashed tiles
- when red tape converts a slashed tile to random numbers it now converts all slashed faces instead of always converting to two slashed numbers
Fixes
- fixed panic button being usable without a valid word being spelled, leading to weirdness with laced
- fixed invalidating tiles still jittering when swapped out of a word when there are full tile slots in the elmer / age regressor fights
- fixed ivory tiles shaking when brutalist dies
- disabling unlocks no longer displays all achievements in the unlocks menu as unlocked
- fixed several spells allowing modifying wildcards unintentionally

- added "override_phase" and "override_priority" parameters to the mod json, allowing for some control over file override ordering between mods
