Last time we introduced you to Patryk Scelina, the composer behind the Foxy Dumplings soundtrack. Today we're back with something special - new music has arrived in the kitchen, and this time it carries the sound of our home.

Lisa's story begins with her grandma's dumpling recipe - and the new music has roots of its own. When Patryk sat down to write these tracks, he reached for Chopin: some of the piano parts directly reference his music. But there's a twist - the rhythm draws from the hip-hop and jazz beats you might know from the work of Shinichirō Watanabe, the director behind Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. Classical Polish piano meets lo-fi groove - and somehow, it feels right at home in the kitchen.
You'll hear these tracks as you stroll through Amberfield — the first town on Lisa's journey. Chopin never wrote music for a dumpling town, but we like to think he wouldn't mind.
