Fixed

Fix of the map "Zian Laboratory" where the fourth character could not move at the mission's start
Reduction of the mana cost for Phoebos'spells
Reduction of the mana cost increases when a hero levels up
Fix a problem with animation for Kleff, preventing him from moving

Known issues

Ethyllion sometimes ends up being endlessly stunned by snipers in the first mission of the Sector 4
Skadron crowd breaker has the wrong visual effects for their spell
Themios' first power displays the wrong visual feedback when casting it
