Color Factory Demo v0.3.0 Update – Node Selection & Movement Improvements

Color Factory Demo has been updated to v0.3.0!

This update focuses on improving node selection and movement, making node interactions feel smoother and more intuitive.

Improved Node Selection Visuals

The visual effect for selected nodes has been redesigned to better match Color Factory's sci-fi visual style.

Selected nodes should now be easier to identify while feeling more consistent with the overall look of the game.

Improved Node Dragging

Selected nodes can now be moved by dragging from anywhere on the node.

Previously, nodes could only be moved by dragging specific areas. With this change, once a node is selected, you can grab and drag any part of it to reposition it more easily.

Smoother Node Movement

Node movement is no longer locked to the grid while dragging.

Nodes can now move smoothly and freely while being dragged, and will snap to the grid only when their position is confirmed.

This should make rearranging your production setup feel much smoother while still keeping nodes neatly aligned to the grid.

Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who has played the demo and shared their feedback.
Your feedback has been extremely helpful in identifying areas where the game's interactions can be improved. We'll continue working to make Color Factory even better!
