Player Career Interchange
In player career, your fatigued player now returns from the bench at any stoppage once rested, instead of waiting for a goal or behind.
Draft Pools
Draft pool builder: you can now reorder players from highest potential to lowest.
Draft now presents players by draft pool order: the first‑listed player is the top prospect down to the last. Clubs still draft for need, but no longer reach past a clearly better player.
Major: Reworked player development & default lists
Each player now has ceilings based on their position and potential, plus individual luck — so players in the same position develop different strengths and weaknesses.
Potential now reflects growth ability, not a target — even a 99 potential rarely maxes a skill at 99, and no one becomes elite at everything (no more "99 robots").
A player's starting skills now match their age: young players sit below their ceilings with room to grow, prime players are near them, and veterans ease down — so youngsters actually develop instead of stalling.
Skills improve each year for young and prime players, but at different rates and unevenly, with the occasional breakout season.
Decline is now staggered — pace and spring fade first while craft and skills hold on longer.
Default team lists rebuilt to suit the new model: contenders are stacked with mature stars near their peak, while weaker sides are younger with more potential — and they'll rise over the seasons as their kids develop while stronger sides age and need to recruit.
NOTE: The new default league regenerates automatically when you load this update. Your custom team names and kits are kept; only the player rosters are rebuilt. Careers already in progress (Player or Coach) are not affected. You can also reroll the league any time via Options → Edit Club, Coaches, Players → Edit Player Details → "Reset to Default".
