Update on The Guild - Europa 1410’s Early Access

Dear Friends of The Guild,

As you know, we are working diligently towards The Guild - Europa 1410's Early Access release. In light of the feedback we've received on our demo, we have decided to move our Early Access release date, originally set for July 16, to September this year. We will be taking the extra time to further develop the game and act on the feedback we have received from the community to provide you with an enjoyable Early Access experience from the get-go. The version set to release in September will include several improvements, most of which will also be made available at the same time for the demo:

One new city that acts as a tutorial area
UI improvements that will make for a more cohesive and immersive gameplay experience
More and better animations to properly depict the activities of workers and citizens in your city
Support for several languages, some text only, some including voice-overs

We are grateful for the support and feedback you provide to us, which we have now started to incorporate into the game while maintaining our long-term vision for The Guild - Europa 1410: a game that is truly worthy of the franchise.We know that there has been a lot of excitement and curiosity regarding our Early Access release. But don't fret - while we take the time to make further improvements for the game's Early Access release, you can see some of these additions in an upcoming update for the demo of The Guild - Europa 1410.We’re looking forward to hearing more feedback from the community on the demo update. Together, we’re shaping an exciting Guild game that is enriched by your input as we prepare for Early Access. The shift in the release date does not affect the timeline we’ve set for ourselves: We will still add multiplayer, more maps and professions, and deeper mechanics relating to the economy, politics, and your dynasty down the road. We will explain all of this in more detail in our roadmap before the Early Access release, so we hope you stay tuned!We’d like to thank you once more for your support and feedback for The Guild - Europa 1410! Though Early Access will be coming a little later than we originally planned, we’re looking forward to sharing a more polished and fun experience with you.
