Only One runs great on steam deck! But make sure to run it via proton
Go to the game properties on steamdeck and check the 'force the use of specific steam play compatibility tool' currently the default option works fine. Only One will still function without doing this but you will not get any music streaming and there is odd behaviour from the dpad, and on one occasion a user lost his save file.
