As a solo developer, your support is what allows me to keep expanding the game. Since many of you have asked what is coming next during Early Access, I wanted to share the current plan. While I am constantly fixing bugs and polishing the UI, I want to share the bigger picture. Here are the major features currently in development or planned for 2026.

Hosting Showcase Tournaments: Organize trials and tournaments at your academy to generate prestige and gate receipts.
Market Recommendation System: Expand club demand interactions by allowing you to recommend external players when you cannot fulfill a request yourself. Successful transfers reward you with fees.
Training Guest System: Rent out your facilities to pro teams during their off-season for high rent and a training boost for your own players.
Global Infrastructure: Build youth camps in specific countries or regions to scout and attract talent from across the globe.
Staff System: Recruit Scouts to delegate talent searches and Coaches to boost training growth or change player positions. (IN PROGRESS)
Sponsor Goals: Seasonal contracts with specific objectives and random marketing events for cash or facility rewards.
Financial Forecasting: Deep bank overview with budget estimates to the end of the season and "Player Profit" summaries.
Sandbox Mode: Customize your start by setting initial budgets and starting skill levels.
Development Legacy: Receive a "Development Bonus" (Training Compensation) if a player you trained signs for a club after leaving your academy.
Trial System: Offer trials to players who ask to join your academy to reveal their attributes before signing them.
Transfer Market Listing: Actively list players to attract interest.
Rival Academies: AI competitors who may move to sign players you are watching or scouting.
Dynamic Events: Handle injuries, player drama, and "off-pitch" scenarios that impact development.
Squad Summary Hub: View your current squad balance by Position/Age/Potential.
Advanced Statistics: Season-by-season performance data for every player.
Advanced Inbox: Filter messages by category and group similar notifications (like bulk scouting reports).
Steam Workshop: Full support for custom databases, real team names, and logo packs. ✅
