Aim and shoot backward while running.
Choose Easy, Normal, or Hard difficulty, affecting survival, enemies, recovery, and respawn penalties.
Unlock Sandbox (Space) permanently by reaching space in Story Mode or Sandbox (Earth). Existing Space sandbox saves remain playable.
New hover sounds for menu options, save slots, game modes, and difficulty choices.
Starting gun ammunition now follows difficulty: 40 bullets on Easy, 20 on Normal, and 10 on Hard.
Batteries now add 10 gun rounds without an ammunition cap.
Refreshed the main menu with a centered layout and more room for submenu lists.
Improved save-slot text and radar/minimap readability on smaller screens.
Centered minimap distances below their markers.
Reduced bear walking and running speeds by 10%.
Adjusted item pickup reach to follow the astronaut’s body more closely.
Fixed crashes when respawning at a checkpoint or entering a parked rocket with low fuel.
Fixed the astronaut’s body standing up when equipping a gun or flashlight while ducking.
Rockets can now smash through ordinary meteorites without exploding. Large meteorites are still dangerous!
Fixed rocket boosters colliding with the launchpad. Boosters can now only be detached in flight.
Fixed rockets sometimes failing to lift off at low frame rates.
Fixed weaker jumps and inconsistent movement at lower frame rates.
Improved German translations and fixed untranslated planet names in save and load screens.
