Regeneration-per-second affixes and buff values increased across the board
Adjustments to several talents.
Added several [Epic] equipment affixes, and adjusted some existing ones
Bug Fixes
Fixed a softlock caused by using a Return to Camp scroll while the final boss was present on the map
