Extended the DNA and bullet comparison UI with the checkmark and X icons like in fingerprint
Added fine tuning controls for bullet comparison (controller & keyboard)

Added keyboard-only controls for DNA profiling station (WASD & Arrow keys for moving & scaling)
Added fine tuning to DNA profling station (keyboard input only)
Adjusted fingerprint tape visuals to increase visibility in some lighting conditions
Fixed rating expecting the player to capture more than three projectile trajectories in "Parking Lot Retribution"
Enable localization fallback to English to avoid missing localization messages
Corrected some text positioning on LKA posters
Removed glow effect from LKA posters (Text and Images)
