New Workshop / Store Flow

The "shop" is now rebranded Workshop and free to go to. However, inside the workshop is a "Store" that costs heat to open. This change allows you to see the config, and modify tubes, and go back/forth from the map, without incurirng added heat costs.

There is instead a tube that provides this behaviour. Plus another tube that rewards more money. (Fixed from earlier update, an animation bug)
