Some players are encountering issues where certain in-game videos fail to play. Please try this troubleshooting step:
Right-click the Survivor's Notes icon in your Library → select Properties → go to the Installed Files tab → click Verify integrity of game files. This should resolve the problem.
This playback failure is caused by corrupted video files during the download process, which explains why different players get stuck on different videos.
We have no control over the download process. We are still working on a permanent fix, but this method serves as a temporary workaround.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
