Mr. President Patch 1.0.9

Another patch for Mr. President is available today:

* Additional Crisis Cards (#122, #123, #124, #125, #126, #131, #132, #133)

* Some typos and errors in game copy have been fixed

* Some errors with the North Korean Cyberattack has been fixed

* The description of result 6 in the Domestic Crisis table has been simplified to better represent the game action

* An issue where the 'Stabilize' option was incorrectly unavailable in some Ally action lists has been fixed

* The UK ally chit should no longer disappear from the board

* Tensions should properly reset to half their count at the end of Nation Actions
