The score no longer just loops — it now shifts organically between calm, curious, tense, and intense states depending on what's happening around you
Smooth musical transitions connect these shifts instead of hard cuts
Occasional musical "stingers" punctuate key moments
The station now breathes with you: distant groans, hisses, and unsettling sounds occur naturally as you explore, growing more frequent the more unsettling your surroundings become
Impact and footstep sounds now respond more naturally to different surface materials (metal, glass, fabric, and more)
Room acoustics now reflect the space you're in — corridors and large chambers sound distinctly different
If you're stuck on a puzzle for a while, Darren will offer a spoken hint to nudge you in the right direction
Hints escalate gradually — the longer you're stuck, the more direct they become
The system recognizes when you're actively experimenting versus truly stuck, so it won't interrupt you unnecessarily
Various environmental and puzzle refinements throughout Chapter I for a smoother experience
