V.A.U.L.T. PROTOCOL · published
We’ve just released a new demo update for V.A.U.L.T. PROTOCOL.
This patch focuses on fixing several gameplay issues reported by players, improving localization, making the lobby flow more stable, and polishing some of the newer systems.
Thank you to everyone who played the demo, reported bugs, sent feedback, and helped us improve the game. Your feedback is directly shaping the next versions of V.A.U.L.T. PROTOCOL.
Fixed an issue where settings could reset after changing maps.
Adjusted and polished the Anomaly screen.
Added Medal integration.
Fixed a player collider issue related to crouching.
Fixed an issue where the cat could trap players in corners too aggressively.
Melee hits can now trigger certain traps properly.
Fixed a collider issue that could briefly occur when players looked at the car and entered crawl mode.
Improved loot spawn logic.
Added missing interaction texts such as “Throw Dice”, “Use Spray”, and similar prompts.
Fixed several missing or incorrect localized words.
Added popup localization support.
Improved the first-launch language detection system. Previously, the game used a more limited integer-based check; it now uses a smarter detection method.
Added support for 4 new languages.
Improved lobby disconnect handling.
Added game version comparison checks to reduce connection issues between mismatched versions.
This demo is still only a limited slice of the full game. We are actively working on more creatures, more anomalies, new maps, better onboarding, stronger replayability, and more chaotic co-op moments.
We still have a lot to improve, but every update brings the game closer to the version we want to release.
Thank you for playing, testing, breaking things, and helping us make V.A.U.L.T. PROTOCOL better.
