The Call to Glory Update introduce the Heroic Mode, a new difficulty level that will be available for all dungeons. Triumph over these dungeons to obtain new epic gear and reach a new level of power to show off to your friends!

Heroic mode is a new difficulty level for dungeons and bosses that is above the current Normal and Veteran modes. Face off against bosses with new attack patterns, increased health and unexpected twists. Defeat them to gain unique Epic Gear and reach new heights.
Fight in Heroic Dungeons to earn Medals of Glory, which you can use to get exclusive rewards!
This update includes many long-awaited features, including emotes, a friend list, the ability to revive teammates in fights and improved group rewards.
Public Test available
You can already try out Heroic Mode and all the other changes in our dedicated Public Test Branch!
Four dungeons are currently available in Heroic mode, with more to be added:
- Nepsilon, of the Lost City of Maïda
- Crabgantua
- Reblochonk, of the Mine Estrone
- Ratsar
Feel free to jump in and put your strength to the test. We have opened specific feedback forums on Discord and Steam, as well as a megathread on Reddit.

Our goal for this Major Update is to add more system and activity for the endgame loop to answer the need for replayable content. Our main addition for that is the Heroic Mode but also some more options to create more possible interaction with players around you!
Heroic Mode
Dev’s intention: Heroic Mode is made to create a harder challenge than what the current gameplay can provide. While the enemies are still scaling up depending on the number of players. The difficulty has been enhanced to make it so only the most prepared players can win that fight.
Heroic Mode Dungeons currently available:
- Lost City of Mayda
- Crabgantua’s Gorge
- Mine Estrone
- Ratsar’s Lair
Other Features
Additions
- Added the Spark Cube, temporarily available at the guild merchant
- Gain Spark Surge which stores 50% of the damage you dealt to each enemy. After 20s all the damage stored is dalt to the enemies. An essential item for Heroic Difficulty
- Once used, you can refill it at the Obelisk's waters.
Incoming Features
New features will be added to the Public Test every week. Here are some of the additions you can expect:
- More Dungeons and Bosses in Heroic Mode
- Medals of Glory merchant
- Specific Heroic Achievements
- Can only be unlocked in HM by following specific guidelines during the fight
To access the Preview:
- Right-click on Farever in your Steam Library
- Select Properties → Betas
- Choose the “Public Beta Branch”
